Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in unworn and original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
